CLEOPATRA Fest Registration & Packages

Cleopatra Egyptian Dance Fest, Will be held in Cairo Egypt on June 28 - July 5, 2025
To register, please complete the Cleopatra Dance Fest registration form with a $350.00 USD deposit.

All hotel reservations must be done through the Cleopatra Dance Fest, for your reservations to be valid.

At Cleopatra Dance Fest we offer both:

• Hotel Accommodation Package 
• Workshop Packages

Hotel Accommodation Package

Five Star Helnan Dreamland Hotel Package includes:

Single Room and Double or Triple sharing rooms, all packages include the following:
  • 7 Nights accommodation, breakfast, and dinner included in your package
  • Airport pickup ONLY if you are arriving on JUNE 28th   
  • Cleopatra Superstars Opening Gala Dinner
  • Cleopatra Superstars Closing Gala Dinner
  • Watch Cleopatra Fest Teachers & Guest artists Performing and all Competitions, and Open Stage for all the week

Workshop Packages:

• Cleopatra Fest is offering 3 different workshop packages:

CLEOPATRA FULL – GOLD – SILVER  

 • We offer two kinds of workshops at Cleopatra Fest:

MASTER WORKSHOPS – 3 hours each

REGULAR WORKSHOPS – 2 hours each

For individuals who wish to attend Cleopatra Fest without booking the hotel package, a registration fee of $60 will be applicable..

To participate in the Festival you must sign up for one of the below workshop packages:

FULL PACKAGE:

  • Unlimited Workshops: This will allow you to take ANY Workshops of your choice at ANY time. 

GOLD PACKAGE:

5/5
  • A total of TWELVE Workshops: 7 Master workshops of (3 hours each) and 5 Regular Workshops of (2 hours each)

SILVER PACKAGE:

5/5
  • A total of SEVEN workshops: 4 Master Workshops of (3 hours each) and 3 Regular Workshops of (2 hours each)

  • Preregister for: ROYAL CROWN Category  Competition (NEW)
  • Preregister for: QUEEN Category Competition
  • Preregister for: PRINCESS Category Competition
  • Preregister for: GROUP Category Competition
  • Live Orchestra or CD Open Stage/Showcase
  • Additional 3 hours Master Workshop
  • Additional 2 hours Workshop

Not included & Extra Expenses :

  • Additional workshops (Full Package exempt)
  • All Competition fees.
  • Open Stage Performance (Live Music or to recorded music)
  • Flight tickets
  • Departure transfer from the Hotel to the airport is NOT included in your package.
  • Visas to Egypt (you receive it and pay for it upon arrival) $25.00
  • Room service, telephone, spa services (massages, facials, etc.) or Alcohol drinks
  • Personal spending
  • Taxis, Uber to sightsee, leave the hotel etc
