CLEOPATRA Registration & Fest Packages

Cleopatra Egyptian Dance Fest, Will be held in Cairo Egypt on June 30 - July 7, 2024
To register, please  complete the Cleopatra Dance Fest registration form with a $350.00 USD  deposit.

All hotel reservations must be done through the Cleopatra Dance Fest, for your reservations to be valid.

At Cleopatra Dance Fest we offer both:

• Hotel Accommodation Package 
• Workshop Packages

Hotel Accommodation Package

Five Star Helnan Dreamland Hotel Package includes:

Single Room and Double or Triple sharing rooms, all packages include the following:
  • 7 nights accommodation, breakfast, and dinner included in your package
  • Airport pickup (ONLY) and drop off at your hotel if you are arriving on JUNE 30th   
  • Cleopatra Superstars Opening Gala Dinner
  • Cleopatra Superstars Closing Gala Dinner
  • Watch Cleopatra Fest Teachers & Guest artists Performing and all Competitions, and Open Stage for all the week

Workshop Packages:

• Cleopatra Fest is offering 4 different workshop packages:
CLEOPATRA FULL – GOLD – SILVER - BRONZE

• We offer two kinds of workshops at Cleopatra Fest:
1st 3 hours Master Workshop ($50/ per workshop)
2nd 2 hours Workshop cost $25/ per workshop

In case you are interested to join Cleopatra Fest without taking the hotel package, then Registration fees of $60 will be applying.


To participate in the Festival you must sign up for one of the below workshop packages:
  • BRONZE PACKAGE: Your selection of Workshops adding up to a minimum of $300.00 
  • SILVER PACKAGE: A total of 10 workshops: 8 Master Workshops of  (3-hour Workshop)  and 2 Workshops (2-hour Workshop) cost $400.00     {Save $50} 
  • GOLD PACKAGE: A total of 12 Workshops: 9 Master Workshops of (3-hour Workshop) and 3 Workshops (2-hours Workshop) cost $450.00.    { Save $75} 
  • FULL PACKAGE: Unlimited Workshops: This will allow you to take ANY Workshops of your choice at ANY time. $500.00
Extra additional costs:

  • Participating the at QUEEN Category competition $50

  • Participating the at PRINCESS Category competition $50

  • Participating the at GROUP Category competition $60

  • Participating the at JUNIOR Category competition $40

  • Live Orchestra or CD Open Stage/Showcase $40

  • Additional 3 hours Master Workshop $50

  • Additional 2 hours Workshop $25

Not included & Extra Expenses :

  • Additional workshops (Full Package exempt)
  • All Competition fees.
  • Open Stage Performance (Live Music or to recorded music)
  • Flight tickets
  • Transfer from the Hotel to the airport is NOT included in your package.
  • Visas to Egypt (you receive it and pay for it upon arrival) $25.00
  • Room service, telephone, spa services (massages, facials, etc.) or Alcohol drinks
  • Personal spending
  • Taxis, Uber to sightsee, leave the hotel etc
